Ballroom Dance Bozeman is a non-profit social organization dedicated to ballroom dancing. Our volunteer Board of Directors serves to organize events for the benefit of our membership and the local dance community.
Our mission is to provide both dressy and casual ballroom dancing opportunities in Bozeman for dancers of all ages.
All of our dances offer a wide variety of musical styles for dancing, including east and west coast swing, foxtrot, waltz, rumba, cha-cha, salsa, nightclub and country two-step, tango, and more.
All the Saturday Night dances for the 2017-18 season will have live music! To see who is playing at each of our events go to the Schedule page. Informal Fridays provide a great mix of specially selected recorded dance music.
You don’t need to be an expert dancer to enjoy our dances; we welcome everyone who loves to dance! Our dances are safe, inclusive, and no one is ever judged on their dance ability.
Couples and singles are always welcome—no partner needed. Each of the Saturday dances will have a dance host and hostess who will be available for singles and dancers who don’t have partners.
Buy a Season Pass, a $50 savings over paying for each dance individually, and support Ballroom Dance Bozeman. Or, choose to come to individual dances whenever you can!
Get on the BDB email list for reminders and updates! Send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org and put "Please add me to the email list" in the email subject line.
For the first time Ballroom Dance Bozeman will have a Country Dance on November 18, 2017. The Sugar Daddies will provide the music, playing country songs from their extensive catalog.
All the Saturday dances, except for the Winter Gala, will have a free 30-minute lesson at the start of the dance. Our fine Bozeman dance instructors will rotate through to teach each lesson.
